Prices, minimum order quantities, and lead times for our handmade and artisan-inspired products, corporate gifting collections, and impact-sourcing programs are subject to change without notice and are confirmed only upon a formal quote or order acknowledgment issued by Arthealos.

We make every effort to represent our products — including those made in partnership with our NGO and artisan network — as accurately as possible through photography and descriptions. Because these are often handmade items, minor variation in color, texture, size, and finish between individual pieces is expected and is not considered a defect.

We reserve the right to limit order quantities, discontinue a product or partnership line, or decline an order at our sole discretion, including where an order cannot be responsibly fulfilled through our artisan or NGO network within a reasonable timeframe.

Section 4 — Enquiries, Quotes, and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information — including company details, billing, and shipping information — when submitting an enquiry, requesting a quote, or placing an order. You agree to promptly update this information as needed so we can complete transactions and communicate with you.

Formal terms for a specific order, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery, will be set out in a separate quote, proposal, or purchase agreement, which will govern that transaction alongside these Terms.

Section 5 — Third-Party Links and Tools

This site may contain links to third-party websites, including partner NGOs, certifying bodies, or social platforms, which are not controlled by Arthealos. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party sites and encourage you to review their own policies before engaging with them.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, India.
